Christopher J. Jones, ChFC®, CLU®

Executive Benefits Consultant & Founder

Christopher J. Jones, ChFC®, CLU®, Executive Benefits Consultant & Founder, provides leadership across the firm alongside Bruce D. Smith. Known for his analytical mindset and mathematical precision, Chris works closely with credit unions to design Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs) that are not only durable and compliant but also grounded in data that supports long-term performance. With more than three decades in financial services, he has built a reputation for ensuring that every plan rests on solid numbers and delivers on its promise to executives and boards.

Since 2014, Chris and his team have implemented more than 200 split-dollar SERPs for credit unions and nonprofits, each one on track or exceeding its original performance projections. That success began under a different name and continues today through PARC Street Group, where Chris leads with both technical expertise and strategic vision. His earlier career included a wide range of leadership roles, from financial advising and retirement planning to compensation design and succession planning for a Fortune 500 insurance company, where he directed the third-largest region in the country. This experience gave him significant influence in shaping compensation strategies and organizational growth, and it allows him to approach executive benefits with both precision and a broad understanding of institutional needs.

Chris holds the Chartered Financial Consultant®(ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designations. His professional contributions have been recognized with honors, including the Master Agency Award and the platinum-level International Management Award from GAMA Global. Equally committed to service outside the office, he has held leadership roles on numerous nonprofit boards. Chris resides in Greenville, South Carolina, where he values time with his family and his ongoing community involvement.
