PARC Street Group has successfully placed Victor Mendoza as Chief Information Officer at First U.S. Community Credit Union. In this role, he will report to the Chief Executive Officer, serve on the Executive Leadership Team, and lead information systems and security, programming, and IT operations in partnership with senior leadership to advance a secure, seamless member experience.
Mendoza brings over 20 years of progressive technology leadership experience within the financial services industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Information Technology with a Bay Area credit union. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong balance of innovation and execution, leading technology modernization efforts and driving digital transformation across multiple institutions. His vast leadership reflects his ability to align technology with organizational growth strategies while fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.
